These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TA Next Academy website, platform, and services (the “Platform”), operated by TA Next Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, purchasing a membership, submitting an instructor application, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If we learn that an account was created by a person under 18, we may suspend or delete that account.
TA Next Academy provides online educational content, courses, programs, quizzes, reflective exercises, and certificates of completion in areas such as Transactional Analysis, communication, and professional development. The Platform is intended for learning and professional development purposes only.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate account information, including your name, which may appear on certificates of completion. You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Platform.
Some content is available through paid memberships or subscriptions, which renew automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. Membership tiers, included features, and prices are described on the Platform and may change with notice. Access to paid content depends on an active membership in good standing.
Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method through Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers; payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply.
We may offer promotional codes, coupons, or free-access offers. These are subject to their own conditions, may be limited in time or quantity, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Promotional codes have no cash value and may not be transferred or resold.
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable, and you retain access to paid content until the end of the current billing period. Your completed work, certificates, and earned records remain associated with your account where applicable.
Upon meeting the completion criteria for eligible courses or programs, you may receive a certificate of completion. Certificates confirm completion of educational training on the Platform and are issued in English.
Certificates issued by TA Next Academy confirm completion of training only. They do not constitute a professional license, government or regulatory certification, accreditation, or legal credential, and do not grant any right to practice a regulated profession. Any state, governmental, or professional licensing requirements remain your responsibility.
The Platform provides educational content only. It does not provide medical, clinical, psychological, psychotherapy, legal, or financial services or advice, and is not a substitute for care or advice from a licensed professional. No such services are provided through the Platform unless separately and explicitly stated by a properly licensed professional. Instructors and Learning Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, licenses, and ethical standards in their own jurisdiction. Do not rely on the Platform for professional decisions; consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Instructors and Learning Partners are independent users of the Platform. They are solely responsible for their own communications, materials, representations, credentials, ethical behavior, and interactions with members and learners. TA Next Academy does not guarantee, supervise, or take responsibility for every instructor communication or for any external professional activity carried out by an instructor.
Approval to use instructor features does not create employment, agency, partnership, professional licensure, certification, or any official endorsement by TA Next Academy. Purchasing an Instructor / Learning Partner membership does not automatically approve you to teach, publish courses, contact learners as an instructor, or represent TA Next Academy. Instructor privileges require a separate application and admin approval.
TA Next Academy may, at its sole discretion, review, suspend, revoke, restrict, or remove instructor access or membership — including in response to member complaints, unethical conduct, inaccurate credentials, misleading claims, policy violations, platform misuse, or safety concerns — and may take such action without prior notice where necessary to protect members, the platform, or the community. Instructor / Learning Partner membership does not make the instructor an employee, agent, partner, legal representative, licensed provider, or official certifying authority of TA Next Academy.
TA Next Academy may provide community spaces, discussions, groups, comments, events, or other member-interaction features. Members must communicate respectfully and ethically. Members must not harass, threaten, discriminate against, abuse, exploit, spam, mislead, or impersonate others, share private information without consent, or use the community for unsafe or unlawful purposes.
Members are responsible for their own communication and behavior in the community. TA Next Academy may remove content, restrict access, suspend, or remove members for violations of community rules, unethical conduct, complaints, or safety concerns, and may act without explanation or prior notice when necessary to protect the community or platform.
All content on the Platform — including courses, text, graphics, video, and software — is owned by or licensed to TA Next Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by sharing your account, attempting to bypass access controls or payment, scraping or bulk-downloading content, uploading unlawful or infringing material, or interfering with the Platform’s operation or security.
We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. TA Next Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
